Minimum purchase required at À la Carte $450
The US$450 minimum applies to the total order , meaning that the sum of all the floral arrangements you add to your cart must reach this value.
Shipping Miami-Dade and Broward
- Delivery available only in Miami-Dade and Broward
- The cost is calculated when you enter your ZIP code at checkout.
- Deliveries are made within the 2-hour window selected when placing your order.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available during the chosen time slot.
- Drivers deliver to the indicated location, without assembly or unpacking .
⚠️ No-show or restricted access: If delivery is not possible, please contact us via WhatsApp. The order can be rescheduled for an additional fee. If delivery is not possible, the order will be returned to Aniska's studio and will be picked up within 48 hours , as flowers have a limited time to remain fresh. After this time, the order will be considered canceled with no refund.

Conditions for Pickup
- Free pick up at Aniska Creations – 2441 NW 93rd Ave #105, Doral, FL 33172 in the selected range.
- Use a vehicle with enough space to transport the arrangements without crushing or tilting them.
- Keep the air conditioning on during the transfer.
- Avoid leaving flowers in the vehicle in the sun or without ventilation.
⚠️ Once picked up, the customer accepts that the order was received in optimal condition.

Cancellations and changes
- Date or time changes: Once the purchase is confirmed, changes cannot be processed from your account. If you need to reschedule, please contact us by email or WhatsApp . We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability .
- Cancellations made more than 15 business days in advance: You will receive a 100% credit for use in À la Carte (valid for 12 months).
- Cancellations made less than 15 business days in advance: Orders are non-refundable due to flower purchasing and preparation.
- Exceptional cases: In situations of force majeure (e.g. hurricanes, market closures), Aniska reserves the right to reschedule or refund the order as appropriate.
- If any key flower variety is unavailable , we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent variety.

How do I know if À la Carte is for me?
- If you are looking for designer flowers ready to place (centerpieces, accents, long table pieces, bud vases) without on-site assembly , À la Carte is ideal.
- If you need installations (arches, floral frames, room styling) or a completely custom design, write to us for our Wedding and Event Decoration Service.
What are your delivery times?
Hours: 2-hour slots – 10 am-12 pm, 12 pm-2 pm, 2 pm-4 pm or 4 pm-6 pm (EDT).
Can I pick up the order?
Yes, pickup is free during the selected time slot.
Can I change my date or time after purchasing?
No. If you need an adjustment, please contact us to discuss options. Contact us via WhatsApp.
Does the service include assembly or installation at the event venue?
No. Our service is delivery or pickup only . The arrangements arrive ready to install, but it does not include on-site assembly .
What happens if there is no one to receive the order?
We'll try to contact you. If delivery is unavailable, the order will be returned to the studio and can be rescheduled for an additional fee.
How long do flowers last?
With proper care, most flowers last 5–7 days . Keep them cool, avoid direct sunlight or drafts, change the water every 1–2 days , and trim the stems diagonally.
