By making a purchase or using our online services at www.aniskacreations.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Prices and Payments: Product and service prices are listed on our website. Payments are processed through secure methods and must be completed before product shipment or service delivery.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations: Requests for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our corresponding policy. Additional fees may apply. See refund and return policy.
Intellectual Property Rights: All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Aniska Corp. and is protected by intellectual property rights.
Photo & Video Release: By participating in any of our in-person workshops, masterclasses, or video calls, you authorize Aniska Creations to take photographs and record video during the activity. These images and videos may be used for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes on our digital channels, social media, website, printed materials, and other media, without prior notice or additional compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at aniskacreations@gmail.com or inform us directly at the beginning of the class on the day of the event. We will do our best to respect your decision; however, no refunds will be issued for this reason.
Workshops, In-Person Courses, Masterclasses, and Events (Liability Waiver): By purchasing a ticket or participating in any of our workshops, in-person courses, masterclasses, or any in-person event, the customer fully accepts and agrees to our Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Claims Agreement, which is a mandatory requirement for attendance. Terms of Service – Aniska À la Carte: By making a purchase in the À la Carte category at https://aniskacreations.com/collections/a-la-carte, the customer agrees to the following specific terms and conditions, in addition to Aniska Creations' General Terms.
1. Service Description Aniska À la Carte offers pre-selected and pre-designed floral arrangements, ready to choose from within our curated collections. Each collection features styles, color combinations, and arrangement types designed for intimate celebrations such as birthdays, dinners, baptisms, communions, baby showers, family gatherings, conferences, and graduations. À la Carte arrangements are crafted following the design and color palette shown in the reference photos, with slight natural variations depending on fresh flower availability. ⚠️ Important: À la Carte does not include customized services or on-site setup. If you are looking for custom floral installations (arches, frames, structural centerpieces, or full event design), please check our Weddings and Events service.
2. Purchase Conditions Minimum lead time: orders must be placed at least 7 business days before the delivery or pickup date. If you need a closer date, contact us via WhatsApp to check availability. Minimum purchase amount: the order must reach a total of US$350 in floral arrangements per order. Confirmation: the order is considered confirmed once full payment is received and the delivery or pickup date is selected on the calendar. Orders are produced based on availability, so during high-demand periods, we recommend placing your order in advance.
3. Prices and Payments All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website. Orders are not processed or reserved without confirmed payment. In case of pricing or product description errors, Aniska reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a corresponding refund.
4. Design and Flower Substitution Each arrangement is crafted following the color palette and style defined by the collection. Published images are for reference only: slight variations in color, size, or variety may occur depending on floral market availability and ingredient freshness. If a key flower is unavailable, Aniska reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent option in color and aesthetic value. Requests to change colors, flower types, or composition are not accepted within the À la Carte service.
5. Care and Preservation To preserve the freshness and beauty of your arrangements:
- Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, and extreme temperatures.
- Do not refrigerate or place near fruit (ethylene gas causes wilting).
- Avoid handling petals or moving the arrangement frequently.
- Remove wilted flowers as soon as you notice them; their lifespan depends on the variety.
- If picking up, transport the arrangement in a vehicle with air conditioning on and enough vertical space; do not leave it inside the car in the sun.
6. Service Limitations The À la Carte service does not include:
- On-site setup, installation, or decoration.
- Design, color, or flower customization.
- Changes after order confirmation.
- Rental or return of bases, unless expressly stated in the product description.
7. Acceptance of Terms By confirming your purchase at Aniska À la Carte, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, as well as the complementary Shipping and Pickup, Refund and Cancellation, and Privacy policies of Aniska Creations.
Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on this website.
