Shipping & Pickup Policy – Aniska À la Carte
At Aniska À la Carte, each order is carefully prepared and delivered with the utmost attention to detail. Our delivery and pickup policies are designed to ensure that your flowers arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
1. Delivery Areas
Delivery service is available exclusively within Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
The delivery fee is automatically calculated when you enter your ZIP code during checkout.
We do not ship outside of these areas.
2. Delivery Times & Windows
Deliveries are made within the 2-hour time window selected at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the selected window.
Deliveries are completed at the indicated address and do not include setup or unpacking.
3. Absence or Restricted Access
⚠️ If the driver is unable to complete the delivery due to the recipient’s absence, an incorrect address, or restricted access, the order will be returned to the Aniska studio.
In such cases:

The customer may reschedule the delivery for an additional fee.

Undelivered orders will be available for pickup at the studio within the next 48 hours.

After this period, due to the perishable nature of flowers, the order will be considered canceled and non-refundable.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once delivered, the customer or recipient acknowledges that the order was received in optimal condition.
No claims will be accepted for damages occurring after delivery.
5. Studio Pickup
Location: Aniska Creations – 2441 NW 93rd Ave #105, Doral, FL 33172
Time: According to the time window selected at checkout.
Pickup is free of charge and must take place within the selected time window.

Transportation Recommendations:

Use a vehicle with enough space to transport arrangements without tilting or crushing them.

Keep the air conditioning on during transport.

Avoid leaving flowers inside a vehicle under direct sunlight or without ventilation.
⚠️ Once picked up, the customer acknowledges that the order was received in optimal condition.
6. Date or Time Changes
Once your purchase has been confirmed, date or time changes cannot be managed through your account.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and order conditions.
