Aniska À la Carte Service
Confirmed Aniska À la Carte orders are custom-prepared using perishable products; therefore, they are non-refundable if canceled with less than 15 business days’ notice.

Cancellations with more than 15 business days’ notice: You will receive a 100% credit, valid for 12 months for future À la Carte purchases.

Cancellations with less than 15 business days’ notice: The order is non-refundable due to the planning, purchasing, and preparation of specific flowers for your order.

Exceptional cases: In situations of force majeure (e.g., hurricanes, market closures, or logistical disruptions), Aniska may reschedule or refund the order as appropriate.

Flower substitutions: If any key variety is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an equivalent option of equal quality and aesthetic value.
Aniska Education – Courses, Workshops, and Masterclasses
Terms and Conditions
Registrations at Aniska Flower School are subject to our specific course, masterclass, and workshop policies. Any refund request for classes must be made in accordance with those policies.
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments, whether full or partial, are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, please contact us via WhatsApp at +1 (786) 412-0882 or by email at aniskacreations@gmail.com. Explain your situation so that our sales team can issue a coupon, valid on our website, which you may apply as credit toward future courses.
Non-Transferable Payments
Payments made are not transferable to other dates or events. The only exception allowed is changing the attendee’s name on the ticket, provided it is for the same event on the originally scheduled date and time.
“No Refunds” Policy
We reiterate that under no circumstances will refunds be issued (NO REFUNDS). We recommend confirming your availability and decision before registering.
Purchase Limits
Please note that transportation and accommodation expenses are not included in the price of the course, workshop, or masterclass and are the responsibility of each participant.

Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for the Christmas tree decoration service, whether full or partial, are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Explain your situation, and our sales team may issue a coupon valid on our website that you can use as credit toward future services.
Changes and Transfers
Payments made are not transferable to other dates or events. However, we allow a change of the service beneficiary’s name, provided it remains for the same date and the same originally scheduled Christmas tree.

Service Limits

Discounts and Coupons
