Upon receiving your arrangements

• Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures; intense heat or cold can cause them to wilt quickly.
• Do not store flowers in refrigerators: the cold and ethylene gas can damage them.
• Be careful not to touch the petals; excessive handling can damage the flowers.
  
• Keep flowers in a cool environment, between 18°C and 22°C

Maintenance

• Remove wilted or damaged flowers as soon as you notice them.
• Flowers last different lengths of time depending on the variety.
• Remember, we're designing with the beauty of your event in mind, not standard, long-lasting flowers.

Transportation (if you pick up at the studio)

• Carry out the repair in a vehicle with the air conditioning on.
• Ensure enough space for the flowers to travel upright and without pressure.
• Do not leave the arrangement inside the car for long periods, especially in the sun.
