DISCLAIMER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT

Applicable to all Aniska Creations workshops, courses, in-person events, and masterclasses

This Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Claims Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all participants of workshops, courses, in-person events, and masterclasses organized by Aniska Creations ("Organizer").

By registering or purchasing your ticket for any of our events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation Your participation in our events is completely voluntary. You may choose not to participate in any activity you consider unsafe or with which you do not feel comfortable, including the use of ladders, tools, or installation setup.

2. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks You acknowledge that participation in floristry and floral design activities involves inherent risks that may result in personal injury, property damage, or accidents. These risks include, but are not limited to: use of sharp tools, cuts or injuries, handling of natural flowers and materials that may cause irritation or allergic reactions, wet surfaces, transport of structures, use of ladders, and risks of tripping or falling.

By participating, you voluntarily and expressly assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with your participation.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, and relinquish any claims against Aniska Creations (Aniska Corp.), its owners, directors, instructors, employees, contractors, assistants, as well as against the venue where the event takes place, for any personal injury, accident, illness, loss, property damage, or any other harm that may arise from your participation.

4. Indemnification Agreement You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aniska Creations and the respective venue from any claim, demand, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising as a result of your participation in the event or your conduct during the event.

5. Physical Condition and Health You declare that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in the activities and that you do not have any medical condition that would prevent you from participating safely. You agree to inform the Organizer of any allergies or relevant conditions.

6. Medical Attention You authorize the Organizer to seek emergency medical assistance if necessary and accept that any resulting medical costs will be your sole responsibility.

7. Authorization for Image Use You authorize Aniska Creations to take photographs and/or video recordings during the event and to use them for promotional, advertising, educational, or commercial purposes in any medium, without additional compensation.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the event's location.

9. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
