About the tree

How do I know the size of my tree?

To find out the height of your tree, you can look at the box it came in . If you don't have one, measure from the ground to the highest point of the tree using a tape measure.

Do I have to buy the tree or is it included in the service?

The Christmas tree is not included, as many of our customers use the same artificial tree year after year. Our recommendation is to buy a good quality artificial tree that can hold the weight of the decorations, this way it will look perfect until January.

If you prefer to buy a natural tree, we recommend that you set it up from mid-December onwards so that it can arrive in excellent condition for Christmas and New Year.

⚠ ️ We suggest that the tree be assembled on the day we are going to decorate, do it a few days before to make sure that everything is in order and that the tree is in good condition.

Should the tree be natural or can it be artificial?

When buying my tree, what size do you recommend I purchase?

Choose the size of your tree based on the height of your ceiling; we recommend the top of the tree be about 2 feet below the ceiling.

What if my tree is Pre-Lit?

If your tree is pre-lit, it means it already comes with lights built into the branches, making it easier to decorate and ensuring even distribution of lighting. If you want to add more lights or fine-tune your decor, we can discuss this during our consultation call. We'll help you maximize the visual impact of your tree, whether by using just the built-in lights or complementing them with additional lights to achieve the desired effect. We're here to help you create the perfect Christmas atmosphere!

Should the tree be set up on the day of installation?

Yes, the tree must be ready to be decorated on the day of assembly and the space must be clear so that you can work comfortably. We recommend that you do this a few days in advance because in some cases the tree may have some damage or defects.

What does tree removal include?

We take care of removing all decorations on a previously selected date.

About the service

Can you decorate other areas of my house?

Yes, we can add additional Christmas decorations for stairs, doors, centerpieces or any other area of your home in the same style as your tree.

Do you offer this service for businesses or just for homes?

We offer our service to both homes and businesses that wish to add a special touch to their spaces during the Christmas season. We also offer decorations for hotels, building lobbies and restaurants. Contact us

When will I receive the advisory call?

We will contact you within 24-48 hours of your reservation to coordinate the decoration details.

What happens if I need to change the assembly or disassembly date?

You can reschedule the date at least 1 week in advance, subject to availability. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I keep the decoration after dismantling?

No, the decorations are the property of our company and will be collected during dismantling. However, we can offer you the option to purchase certain items if you wish.

What happens if any lights or decorations get damaged during the season?

If any damage occurs, we ask that you contact us immediately. We will assess the damage and, depending on the case, make the replacement or it may require an additional charge.

Cancellation and refund policies

Return and Refund Policy for Christmas Tree Decorating Service

At Aniska Creations, we pride ourselves on offering a high quality and personalised service for Christmas tree decorating. However, we understand that situations may arise where customers need to request a refund or make changes to their booking. We have outlined our refund and return policy below to ensure a clear and satisfactory experience for all our customers.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for the Christmas tree decorating service, whether full or partial, are final and are not subject to refunds under any circumstances. In the event that you are unable to proceed with the contracted service, we ask that you contact us via WhatsApp at +1 (786) 412-0882 or by email at aniskacreations@gmail.com. Explain your situation and our sales team will be able to issue you a coupon, valid on our website, that you can use as credit for future services.

Changes and Transfers

Payments made are not transferable to other dates or events. However, we do allow changing the name of the beneficiary of the service, as long as it is for the same date and the same Christmas tree originally scheduled.

"No Returns" Policy

We reiterate that under no circumstances will money be refunded (NO REFUNDS). We recommend that you confirm your availability and make a firm decision before hiring our service.

Service Limits

It is important to note that costs associated with the transportation and storage of the Christmas tree are not included in the price of the service and are the responsibility of the client.
